HOW IT WORKS
The variable bleed solenoid valve works alongside the control valve and transmission control module (TCM) to send hydraulic pressure to the clutch packs to create movement.
WHY IT MATTERS
If the solenoid fails, it could result in fluid leakage, performance, and driveability issues and cause the transmission to malfunction.
